Raymond Cavalieri

Raymond Cavalieri, 68, of Worcester died peacefully Monday February 20,2012 in St. Vincent Hospital after a short illness. Raymond is survived by an uncle Stephen Cavalieri, several cousins including Maria Blanchard whom he was very close with, two nieces, and many friends. He was predeceased by two brothers, John Jr. and Rudolph Cavalieri. Raymond was born in Worcester son of the late John Sr. and Edna Cavalieri, and graduated from the Worcester public schools. He worked many years ago for several area companies. Raymond was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel-St. Ann Church, and was a devout catholic. He enjoyed being with his family and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00AM in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. A calling hour will be held from 10:AM to 11:00AM prior to the service. Interment will be in St. Johns Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel-St Ann Church Renovation Fund 24 Mulberry St. Worcester, MA. 01604.
