Nancy J. (Riggs) Kreda, 72 of Millbury, went to be with Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Rose Monahan Hospice Residence surrounded by her adoring family. Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of forty-nine years, Eugene J. Kreda; two precious daughters, Susan Kreda and her husband Richard R. Bijjani of Cambridge and Janet Kreda and her husband Dennis Carr of Vancouver, British Columbia; a very special Grandson, George Kreda of Vancouver, British Columbia; a special "Sister" and Brother-in-law, Elaine and Chuck Pupilis of Brighton, MI and their families; a dear family friend, Georgia E. Schlepegrell of Duxbury, MA; two cherished friends, Susan Ferraro of Parsippany, NJ and Nancy Crain of Winnsboro, TX. Nancy was born in Newark, New Jersey, the daughter of the late George H. and Jeanne (Forrester) Riggs. She graduated from Chatham High School and also attended Berkley Secretarial School. She later moved to Natick where she had lived for thirty-six years and recently resided in Millbury. Nancy was a homemaker who loved to take care of her family. Nancy was a conservative protestant where she was a faithful and devoted member of Salem Covenant Church. She was extremely passionate about reading her bible, listening to music, watching movies, bowling and most of all being with her beloved family and friends. Services for Nancy will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Salem Covenant Church, 215 East Mountain St., Worcester. A period of calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 22nd from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in church prior to her service. Burial will be held privately at Central Cemetery, Millbury.
