Frank P. Losapio

Frank P. Losapio, 68 of Northborough passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. Frank is survived by his devoted wife of forty-eight years, Patricia J. (Gallicchio) Losapio; his daughter, Linda Nusum and her husband Louis of Worcester; his son Frank P. Losapio, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Wellesley; four grandchildren, Erica and Joshua Nusum of Worcester and Anthony and Maria Losapio of Wellesley. Frank was born in Worcester, the son of the late Frank G. and Eva (Patruno) Losapio and graduated from Shrewsbury High School. He later moved to Northborough in 1974 where he has resided ever since. Frank worked as a senior mail clerk for Fidelity Investments for ten years. He previously worked in copy services for Digital Corporation. Frank was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church and also a former member of The Lion's Club in Westborough. Frank's family would like to thank Dr. George Eypper, Dr. Jefferey Stoff and their staff at UMASS Medical Center for the outstanding care given to him in his time of need. Services for Frank will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church, 244 West Main St., Northborough. A period of calling hours will be held on Friday, February 17th from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
