Lillian G. (Ricciardi) Baroni, 84, of Shrewsbury, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at UMass Hospital in Worcester. Her loving husband of fifty-one years, Vincent C. Baroni, predeceased her in June 2009. Lillian is survived by her daughter and son in law, Christine A. and Reno R. Nolli, and their sons, Reno V. and Christopher R. Nolli, all of Shrewsbury; two brothers, Vincent Ricciardi of Dennis and Vito Ricciardi of Worcester; two sisters, Rose Seed of Worcester and Gilda D'Agostino of Worcester and Dennis. She was predeceased by five brothers and two sisters, John, Albert, Alfred, Anthony, Emilio and Mary Ricciardi and Phyllis Quinn. Lillian was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Vito and Theresa (DeFalco) Ricciardi. She was a member of Saint Mary's Church in Shrewsbury, the church guild and the Shrewsbury Women's Club. She enjoyed travelling to Cape Cod and to her home in Florida. Lillian loved her family and played an important role in the lives of her grandsons Reno and Christopher. Her grandsons were a gift that she adored and they were the lights of her life. Calling hours for Lillian will be held Thursday, January 26, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral will be held on Friday, January 27, from the funeral home with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Saint Mary's Church, 640 Main Street, Shrewsbury.
