Raymond A. Breau, Sr.

Raymond A. Breau, Sr., a longtime resident of Shrewsbury died peacefully Tuesday, December 20, 2011 in Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. His wife of 25 years, Grace (Bondanza) Breau died in 1974. He leaves a son, Raymond A. Breau, Jr. and his wife Pam of New York, seven daughters, Katherine Pulsifer and her husband Alan, RoseMary Anderson and her husband Clarence "Bud" of Shrewsbury, Jean DePari and her husband Francis of Worcester, Susan LaPointe and her husband Andre of Holden, Tammy McGuiness and her husband James of Worcester, Mary Ann Ward and her husband Dave of Shrewbury and Lee Ann Caracciolo and her husband Paul of Phillipston; a sister, Florence M. Beaudoin of Worcester and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Raymond is predeceased by a brother, Edmund Breau and a sister Helen Marie Donais. Ray was born on August 31, 1928 in Belleville, NJ son of the late Edmund and Katherine (Eagle) Breau. During World War II, Raymond served our country in the United States Army. He was a lifelong painter and was a member of the painters' local union #48. Mr. Breau's funeral services will be held privately from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
