Frances P. (DeFalco) Giorgio, 68, of Millbury, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2011, in her home. Her husband, Frank P. Giorgio, predeceased her in 2007. Frances is survived by her loving children, a daughter, Gina F. Zenaro and her husband David of Auburn; two sons, Paul F. Giorgio and his wife Diana of Millbury and Dany S. Giorgio of Worcester; two sisters, Barbara and Beverly; two step-brothers, Guy and Paul, a step-sister, Diane; five grandchildren, Nicole, Tiffany, David, Alexandra and Ashley; and was expecting her first great grandchild shortly; many nieces and nephews. Frances was also predeceased by her step-mother, Shirley DeFalco. Born in Worcester, daughter of Francis and Doris (Francis) DeFalco, she lived in Worcester for many years and graduated from Fanning Trade High School before attending Quinsigamond Community College, and then graduating from Anna Maria College. Frances became a phlebotomist and worked as a private duty home health aide. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Calling hours for Frances will be held on Monday, June 27, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, from the funeral home, with a Funeral Service at 10 a.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church, 73 Lancaster Street, Worcester. Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
