Dolores A Locantore

Dolores A. Locantore, 63, of Worcester passed away peacefully Sunday, May 29th 2011. Dolores was born in Worcester; her father was the late Domenic Locantore. She graduated from North High School and has lived in Worcester all her life. Dolores is survived by her son, Jonathan Locantore and his longtime companion Lisa Lee of Worcester; her mother Josephine (Monfreda) Locantore-Genatossio of Worcester; a sister, Susan Locantore of Tilton, NH; a niece, Gina Wingert of Tilton, NH; two grandsons, Ethan and Nicholas Locantore; many other extended family and friends. Dolores worked as an Account Manager for the McKesson Corporation. Dolores found many interests in her life in helping people, she volunteered for the Hope Lodge and Relay for Life Associations. She loved the beach and a good glass of wine with her close friends. But, most of all her main interest was her family. Her grandchildren were her inspiration and greatest joy. She treasured them and they her. Funeral services will be private. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rose Monahan Hospice residence, care of the VNA Hospice, 120 Thomas St. 01608.
