Diane A. (Mott) Remillard, 57, of New Braintree, formerly of Almont Avenue in Worcester, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2011, in her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Diane is survived by her loving husband of thirty-five years, Ronald P. Remillard, Sr.; a daughter, Laurie A. Crosbie and her husband Jason of Dennis; a son Ronald P. Remillard, Jr. and his wife Danielle M. Remillard of Worcester; three grandchildren, Jack and Emma Crosbie and Adrian Remillard; her mother, Aline J. (Donovan) Newton of Clearwater, FL; three brothers, David Mott of Holland, MA, Daniel Mott of Largo, Fl and Dennis Mott of Cape Neddick, ME; two sisters, Deborah Smith of Petersham and Dawn Mott of San Mateo, FL; many nieces and nephews. Diane was born in Marlborough, daughter of the late Donald P. Mott. She graduated from Algonquin High School and Fanning Trade School in Worcester. Following her graduation she lived many years in Worcester, before moving to New Braintree seventeen years ago. Diane worked as a nurse for over sixteen years at Quaboag on The Common, a nursing home in West Brookfield. She enjoyed gardening, travel and scrapbooking. She derived great joy from her loving husband, her wonderful children and her beautiful grandchildren. Calling hours for Diane will be held on Tuesday, May 10, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 11, from the funeral home with a Mass at 11 a.m. in Holy Family (Saint Joseph) Church, 35 Hamilton Street, Worcester.
