Mary Bussolari

Mary E. Bussolari passed away on February 12 at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center in Worcester. Mary was born in Worcester in 1919 to Vincenzo and Carmela (Bonnano) Parella, and was a life-long resident of the city. Mary was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Mario W. Bussolari. She was also predeceased by brothers Joseph, Charles and Anthony and sisters Catherine and Margaret Parella. She is survived by sons Donald and wife Shirley and Robert and wife Suzanne, and grandchildren Jamie and Michael Bussolari, all of Boylston. Mary graduated with honors from Commerce High School and from Becker College. She received her Real Estate license in 1957 and assisted her husband for many years in their Real Estate business, Donmar Realty. Mercadante Funeral Home, 370 Plantation Street in Worcester is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in the family plot at St. John's Cemetery, also in Worcester. There are no services. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Mary's memory to The Alzheimer's Association, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472 or to Notre Dame Long Term Care Center, Plantation Street, Worcester, MA.
