Christa L. Loggie

Christa L. Loggie, 47 of Worcester passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 in St. Vincent's Hospital. Christa is survived by her fiancé, Richard Wessell; her mother, Juanita (Parsons) Loggie; her biological mother, Lula Giaffo; two brothers, Kevin Loggie and his wife Cathy Cronin-Loggie of Worcester and John Fizel of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Kimberly Lamb and her husband James of Plover, WI; two nieces, Opal and Hailee Cronin-Loggie of Worcester; a nephew, Christopher Lamb; many aunts and uncles. She is predeceased by her father Robert D, Loggie. Christa was born in Norwich, CT and later moved to Worcester. She graduated from Tantasqua Regional High School. She also graduated from Clark University in 2003, where she majored in English. Christa was a member of Second Baptist Church. She loved to write, paint and swim. She also loved music where she was a Disc Jockey and played the piano, bass and tambora. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her nieces. Services for Christa will be held on Saturday, December 18th at 2 pm from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. A period of calling hours will be held from 1-2pm prior to the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Flowers are welcome
