David B. Flynn DiSilvestro, 50, died Friday, November 05, 2010 in UMASS Medical Center after a period of failing health. David is survived by his two daughters, Regina Flynn of Shrewsbury and Tiffany Flynn of Worcester, a son, Dante DiSilvestro of Northboro; his mother, Carmella (DiSilvestro) Flynn of Worcester; a brother, James Flynn of Hardwick; five sisters, Debra Cosenza of FL, Hazel Flynn of Worcester, Carmella Flynn of Worcester, Kelle Snape of North Oxford and Tabitha Flynn of Webster; three cherished grandchildren, Dominic, Tianna and Adrianna; and many nieces & nephews. David is predeceased by his father David B. Flynn. He was born in Worcester, graduating from North High School. He has lived in Northborough for the past twelve years. Mr. DiSilvestro was a co-owner and chef for Dante's Restaurant in Worcester, which was named after his son. He enjoyed golf and fishing with his son, Dante; and working at the restaurant with his daughter, Tiffany. David was the heart of his family, and enjoyed being with his friends and family. He will be remembered for his positive outlook on living and for being such an avid sports fan. Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 9th from 5pm until 7pm in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A funeral service will be held at 7 pm immediately following his calling hours.
