Lawrence A Landry

Lawrence A. Landry, 85, of Ashland passed away Friday, July 9th 2010 in his home. He was born in Worcester the son of August J. and Ruby (Cummings) Landry. He is survived by his wife Yolanda J. (Masiello) Landry with whom he would have celebrated 64 years of marriage this September; two devoted children, Lawrence A. Landry and Susan Lomax; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a great great grandson. He is also survived by three sisters, Gloria Ginese, Ann Gallo, Sandra Grasso, many nieces, nephews and extended family. On August 22, 1953, he was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses serving faithfully as an elder until his death. Since 1982 he was happily involved in the construction of over 100 Kingdom Halls. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 19th at 6:30 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 71 Union St. Ashland, MA. The MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
