Hubert C. Vincelette, 81 of North Brookfield died peacefully Tuesday March 9, 2010 in the Holden Nursing Home. He is survive d by one brother ,Roland Vincelette and his wife Eleanor of Jefferson, and many nieces and nephews. Hubert was predeceased by 3 sisters, Juliene Mycko, Imelda Chviruk, and Rene Vincelette, and a nephew Ronald Vincelette. Hubert was born in Worcester son of the late Eugene and Emma (Martineau) Vincelette and lived in Worcester for many years before moving to Tulsa Oklahoma , where he lived and worked as an Accountant for over 30 years before moving to North Brookfield 12 years ago. Hubert was a paratrooper in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Brotherhood in Woonsocket and Pascoag R.I. for several years. Hubert was a member of St Josephs Church in North Brookfield. He enjoyed painting and making model airplanes. He will be missed by his family and friends. Hubert donated himself as an anatomical gift to the UMASS Medical Center. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday March 13, 2010 in St Josephs Church, 296 Main St North Brookfield at 9:30 AM.Donations may be made to a charity of choice.(mercadantefuneral.com)
