Cheryl A. (Mitchell) Robertson, 48, of Port Saint Lucie, FL, formerly of Worcester, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2010 in Richmond, Virginia. Cheryl is survived by her husband of twenty-seven years, Franklin E. Robertson; her son, Christopher R. Mitchell of West Boylston; her father, Nicholas G. Mitchell, Sr., of West Boylston; her mother, Carol R. (Sanger) Martocci of Sutton; six siblings, Nicholas G. Mitchell, Jr., of Shrewsbury, Pamela J. Fitzgerald of Worcester, Michelle P. Gilman of Falcon, Colorado, Deana M. French of Franklin, Mark A. Martocci and Anthony S. Martocci Jr. both of Millbury; her mother in law, Elizabeth (Krikorian) Robertson of Rutland; her father in law, Wayne Robertson of Sterling; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends. She graduated from David Hale Fanning Trade High School for Cosmetology and lived in Worcester most of her life, before moving to Florida in 2004, with her husband. She enjoyed gardening, reading, listening to music and relaxing in the sun outdoors. Calling hours will be held Monday, February 15, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a Trisagion Service at 5:30 p.m. in Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Funeral services will be held privately. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. George Orthodox Cathedral, Memorial Fund, 30 Anna St., Worcester 01604.
