Vanessa Anne Dunn

Vanessa Anne Dunn, 23, of Millbury, passed away into the hands of God on Christmas Eve, 2009, in Rhode Island, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Vanessa is survived by her parents, Massachusetts State Police Lieut. Colonel Jack Dunn and Deborah N.(Brown) Dunn; her brother John R. Dunn of Millbury; her maternal grandmother, Claire Brown of Alexandria, Virginia and many aunts, uncles cousins and a multitude of loving friends. She was pre-deceased by her sister, Lauren. Born in Newton, Vanessa grew up in Millbury and was a senior at Worcester State College. Vanessa enjoyed dancing with the Nola Borelli Dance Studio for many years. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, December 29, from 4p.m. Until 8pm in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St, Worcester. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 30, at 10a.m. In St Brigid Church, 59 Main St., Millbury (Please go directly to church) In lieu of flowers, donations in Vanessa's name may be sent to Bournewood Hospital, 300 South Main St., Chestnut Hill, Ma. 02467-3694.
