Amy E. Circo, 36, of Marlborough, formerly of Worcester, died Monday, December 14, 2009 in Marlborough Hospital after a period of failing health. She is survived by her grandmother, Eva Mae Circo of Worcester, an uncle, Scott R. Bell of Barre; three aunts, Eva Mae Roettger of Southbridge, Deborah L. Waple of Marlborough and Priscilla L. Erbin of Fort Collins, CO and several cousins. She is predeceased by her mother, Joanne M. (Circo) Oberist and her grandfather, Joseph L. Circo. She was born in Worcester and has lived here for most of her life. She graduated from North High School and later from Quinsigamond Community College, earning her certification as a Home Health Aid. For many years, Amy worked in the records department for Fallon Clinic and most recently for The Worcester Visiting Nurse Association, later the VNA of Central Massachusetts as a Home Health Aid. During her high school years, she was cheerleader, enjoyed playing basketball and softball. She was an avid dancer but her greatest hobby was making crafts. Calling hours will be Thursday, December 17th from 5 pm until 8 pm in the funeral home. Amy's funeral celebration will be Friday, December 18th at 10 am in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery.
