Zamarro all of Shrewsbury; two sisters, Barbara Laimond in California and Janet McGuire of Norfolk, MA; sister in law, Elaine E. Zamarro of Worcester; Linus the dog; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Carol A. Subolosky. Born in Worcester, daughter of the late Bernard and Lois (Kimmens) Subolosky, she graduated from Auburn High School, and earned a teaching degree from the former Boston State College.
