Robert W. Sanger, 81, of Sutton, passed away Monday, October 26, 2009, in Auburn Life Care Center. He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, June F. (Miller) Sanger; a daughter, Karen E. Bebka of Sterling; two grandchildren, Kyle D. Bebka and Keri L. Bebka. He was born in Worcester, son of Burton and Isabelle (Miner) Sanger. Robert has been a resident of Sutton for over sixty years. He served his nation proudly in the United States Air Force. Mr. Sanger worked as a machinist at Wyman-Gordon Company in Grafton and Millbury, for thirty-five years, before retiring in 1991; and had been a milk delivery person before that. He was a member of the First Congregational Church in Sutton. Robert and his wife June, enjoyed travelling the country in their motor home, and they enjoyed square dancing. He was proud to have built the home that he and his wife have shared for many years. A graveside service will be held Friday, October 30 at 1:30p.m. in New Howard Cemetery, Sutton.
