Eleanor Evelyn (Hale) Milosz, 82, died peacefully on September 27, 2009 with her children at her side. She leaves her daughter Elaine E. Milosz, her son Richard M. Milosz, her grandson Graham R. Milosz, and her sister Frances J. Stakun all of Worcester, plus several nieces and nephews and their families. She is predeceased by her sister Elizabeth M. Dudula and her brother Charles H. Hale Jr. Eleanor was born in Worcester daughter of Charles H. and Catherine (Carr) Hale and lived here all her life. She graduated from the David Hale Fanning Trade School for Girls as a seamstress in 1945. In 1997 she retired from Astra Pharmaceutical after more than 25 years of service. Previous to that she worked many years at the former Pauls Hat Company of Worcester. She enjoyed traveling and the outdoors, especially mushrooming. Calling hours will be held Friday, October 16, from 4-6PM in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. with a service at 5:30. Burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
