Audrey V, Hennessy

Audrey V. (Lawrence) Hennessy, 64, of North Oxford died unexpectedly Saturday September 26, 2009 in St. Vincent Hospital. Her husband David E. Hennessy died in 1981. Audrey is survived by her loving family; her son Kevin D. Hennessy and his wife Kathleen of North Oxford, two grandchildren Shannen and Lauren, two brothers Michael Lawrence and his wife Ann Marie of Charlton, and Earl Lawrence and his wife Ruth of Millbury, and nephews, nieces, and many friends. Audrey was born in Worcester daughter of the late George and Pearl (Lariviere) Lawrence, and lived in Worcester most of her life before moving to North Oxford. Audrey enjoyed being a homemaker, and did volunteer work for the Auburn Life Care Center. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and most of all being with grandchildren and family. She will be missed by her family and friends. Audrey's funeral will be held Thursday October 1, from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in St. Ann's Church 654 Main St. North Oxford. Calling hours in the funeral home are from 5-8PM on Wednesday. Interment will be in St. Johns Cemetery.
