Charolette C. Foschi

Charlotte C. (McFadden) Foschi, 86, of Worcester formerly of Rockaway Beach, New York passed away peacefully Saturday, September 19th 2009 with her daughter at her side. Charlotte was born and raised in Queens, NY, marrying her late husband Edmund J. Foschi who passed away in 1978 after 26 years of marriage. Together they raised their children in Rockaway before she moved to Worcester eight years ago to be with her daughter. Charlotte is survived by two daughters, Charlotte D. Calasono and her husband Dennis on Long Island NY and Maria T. Sands and her husband William with whom she lived; 4 grandchildren Michael Patti, Scott, Brett and Michelle Sands ; a brother Arthur R. McFadden in New Jersey, a niece Barbara A. McFadden, Queens NY and a nephew William Olewnicki in Maryland. Three brothers, William A., James and Donald McFadden and a sister Jeanette Olewnicki pre deceased her. Charlotte worked as office manager for Ross Bikes Corporation several years before retiring. She previously was executive secretary to the president of Ford Instruments Corporation in New York City. Charlotte was a former active member of St Rose of Lima Church in Rockaway. Charlotte and her husband enjoyed sailing and earned her captains license to navigate at sea. A funeral mass will be celebrated October 24th 2009, 10:00 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church, 130 Beach, 84th Street, Rockaway NY. Burial will follow next to her husband in St. John Cemetery, Queens NY. There are no calling hours.
