Marjorie A (Fresolo) Duquette 77, formerly of Shrewsbury passed away peacefully Tuesday September 22, 2009 in Christopher House of Worcester, surrounded by her loving children. Marjorie's husband of nearly 55 years passed away January 12, 2007; She is survived by her five children: Her two sons, John P. Duquette and his wife Susan of Northboro, Paul J. Duquette and his wife Beth of Boylston; Three daughters, Debra L. Sequeira and Thomas D'Alonzo of Worcester, Donna M. Duquette and Robert Sharron of Grafton, Pamela A. Baker and her husband Michael of Gilbert Arizona; Thirteen grandchildren, John Duquette and his wife Lorena, Jamie Duquette, Joseph Duquette, Jeffery Duquette and his wife Lindsay, Juliann Duquette, John Sequeira and his wife Sarah, Brian Sequeira and his wife Jennifer, Daniel, Jay and Alissa Duquette, Kaitlyn, Sean, and Eric Baker; four great grandchildren Florencia , Camdyn and Dillon Duquette and Lucy Sequeira; Three brothers, Ronald J. Fresolo and his wife Nancy of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Joseph P. Fresolo and his wife Harriett of Millbury and Richard E. Fresolo of Auburn; five sisters Marie C. Bisceglia and her husband Matteo of Worcester, Louise D. Tula of Shrewsbury, Dorothy M. Kamendulis and her husband Francis, Irene M. Fresolo of Worcester, Therese M. Zalieckas and her husband Anthony of Shrewsbury; many nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends. A brother Rocco A. Fresolo predeceased her in 1990. Marjorie was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Rocco A. Fresolo and Dorothy M. (Bowns) Fresolo. She was educated in the Worcester Public Schools, lived her life in Shrewsbury more than 5o years, providing loving support to her husband, children, family and friends before moving to the Christopher House in Worcester almost five years ago, where she experienced tremendous friendship, caring, love and support from so many residents, their families and especially from her dear roommate Dorothy Searles. We would like to thank everyone who cared for our mother and for all your love and support through difficult times we are so grateful to all of you. You will all be truly missed and will hold a special place in our hearts. A very special thanks to Dr Christine MacGuiness MD for always being there anytime we needed you. We will miss you all dearly. A Celebration of her Life will be held Saturday, September 26th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation Street, Worcester with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in the church of Saint Anne, 130 Boston Turnpike Shrewsbury.(Rt.9). Interment next to her husband Albert will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family Friday, September 25th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Christopher House Activities Fund, 10 Mary Scano Drive Worcester, MA 01605 or Why Me, Sherry's' House, 1152 Pleasant Street, Worcester, MA 01602.
