Kathleen Bombredi Catachio

Kathleen (Bombredi) Catachio, 54, of Worcester died peacefully Tuesday September 1, 2009 in the Radius Healthcare Center surrounded by her loving family. Kathleen is survived by her son Nicholas P. Catachio, her parents Nicholas and Grace (Prizio) Bombredi, a brother Thomas Bombredi and his wife Debbie, and two nephews Scott Bombredi and Corey Bombredi and his wife Michelle. Kathleen is also survived by her long time companion Roberto Cardona, and her former husband David Catachio and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.She was born in Worcester and lived here all her life. Kathleen was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy, and Central New England College, and enjoyed being a homemaker.She attended Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel-St Ann Church. Kathleen enjoyed doing crafts, floral arrangements, and crossword puzzles, and enjoyed the company of her cat Fluffy. She enjoyed being with her family and will be missed dearly by her family and friends. The family would like to thank the Staff at the Radius Center for their kindness and compassion shown to Kathleen during this difficult time. Kathleen's funeral will be held Thursday September 3, from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. with a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00AM in Our Lady Of Mt Carmel-St Ann Church 24 Mulberry St. Calling hours will be held on Thursday Morning only from 8:30AM to 10:30AM in the funeral home.
