Leah C. (Cyr) DeLuca, 65, devoted mother, grandmother and sister, passed away Tuesday, August 18th peacefully in her home. Leah was born April 17th 1944 one of six children born to Jean (Salvatore) Cyr. She graduated from Worcester School system and has lived here all her life. Leah is survived by her cherished five children, Keith R. DeLuca and his wife Pamela of Conway N.H., Anthony M. DeLuca, Lorrie A. McGrath, of Worcester, Lisa J. Harding and her husband Tracey of Holden, Gina Quinn and her husband Harold of Worcester; two brothers, Robert C. Cyr of Jackson N.H., Paul L. Cyr and his wife Cathy of Worcester; her six precious grandchildren, Angela and Amanda McGrath, Kelsey Lawrence, Hannah DeLuca, Krista and Kayla Harding; two great grandchildren; Domenic Denaris and Savannah Christine born as Leah was passing away. Many, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends including a special Aunt and Uncle Gene and Mary Tangney, and friend Margaret and Leo Ferrante. But her most precious love she leaves behind her dog Sunshine" who was her companion and the love of her life. A brother, Ernest Cyr and two sisters, Zita DeMarco and Carol Burns all pre deceased her. Leah was a member of Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church; she enjoyed gardening, cooking, and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 28th at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Calling hours are private.
