F. Aniyah L. Cintron, 1 ½ year old daughter of Deanna Rosario and Jose Cintron, Jr., of Worcester, passed into the loving arms of God on Friday, August 7, 2009 at Children's Hospital in Boston. She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Daniel and Gloria (Gibney) Rosario of Worcester; her paternal grandparents, Susan Jones of Tuscon, Arizona and Jose Cintron of Worcester; her great grandparents, Aida L. Gautier, Harry Jones, Linda Jones, Elsie Rosa, and Epifanio Rosario all of Worcester; many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was pre-deceased by her great grandmother, Barbara Lawton of Worcester. Throughout her all too short life, Aniyah remained a happy little girl and brought many smiles to her family and all those around her. Her family would like extend a special THANK YOU to the NICU staff at UMass-Memorial Worcester and to all those at Children's Hospital in Boston especially Tracy Lyons on 10 East, Dr. Kim, Dr. Kamin, Courtney Fratto, and Laura O'Melia on 10 South, and all the staff on 7 South. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 15 in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Interment will be in Saint John's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
