Terri-Anne Stebbins, 43, of Worcester, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2009 in UMass Hospital after a sudden illness. She is survived by her loving family, including her daughter, Beth M. Stebbins; two sons, Albert L. Stebbins, II and James J. Jakubiak, Jr., all of Worcester; her father, Albert "Sonny" Stebbins of North Fort Meyers, Florida; her sister, Dawn A. Sims of Worcester; her grandfather, Edward Tuite of Blackstone, two grandchildren, Daijon and Diajiah Guzman; two nieces, Michelle Burrell and Ashayla Burrell; two nephews, Eric Freeman, Jr. and Davian Freeman. Terri-Anne was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Eleanor Rose (Green) Stebbins, and has lived here all her life. Terri-Anne was working as a kitchen supervisor at Worcester State Hospital. She had previously worked in the food service department at Worcester Academy. She loved to be involved with her children and grandchildren, and was very supportive of her son's and grandson's sporting activities. She was also a devoted volunteer for the PTO at Grafton Street School and for the Salvation Army. A funeral service for Terri-Anne will be held Wednesday, August 12, at 11 a.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury, where she will be laid to rest beside her loving mother. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, August 11, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
