Kathleen G. (Corbett) Stevens, 83, of Worcester, passed away Monday, August 3, 2009. Her husband, Eugene H. Stevens, pre-deceased her in 1991. Kathleen is survived by a son, Richard A. Perry and his wife Dorothy A. Perry of Worcester; four grandchildren, Monica L. Racicot and her husband Jeffrey of Woodstock, CT, Becky L. Spring and her husband Captain Christopher Spring, USAF of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Michelle A. Dahlstrom and husband Michael of Webster, and Glenn P. Williams and his wife Heather of Worcester; seven great grandchildren, Jake Racicot, Maxwell Racicot, Amelia Racicot, Kathleen Spring, Gavin Spring, Tobie Williams and Elijah Williams. A great grandson Joshua Williams, passed away in July. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Francis H. and Olga G. (Steinhilber) Corbett and has lived here most of her life. Mrs. Stevens was a member of Belmont Street Baptist Church, and volunteered for The Salvation Army "Women on a Mission". She was active on the Resident's Council at Seabury Heights Apartments and was a past president of the Council. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 7, at 10:00 a.m. in Belmont Street Baptist Church, 25 Belmont Street, Worcester. Interment at Hope Cemetery will be held privately.
