John J. Bellione, 85, of Worcester died peacefully Saturday June 20, 2009 in St. Vincent Hospital.He is survived by his loving family; his wife of 61 years Stephanie ( Bibalo) Bellione, four daughters, Mary Rose Alfego and her husband Anthony of Rutland, Diane Morgan and her husband Jim of St. Joseph Missouri Joan Rosenberg, and her husband Roy of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and Debra Guillette and her husband Jay of Holden, five grandchildren; Joseph, William, Stefanie, Jamie, and Ryan, and two great grandchildren, Allyson and Katelynn, and nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by two brothers Domenic and Anthony Bellione and two sisters Loreta "Mary" Cotton, and Lena Laster. John was born in Worcester son of the late Pasquale and Francesca (Filieri) Bellione and lived here all his life. He was an Army Veteran of WW11 where he met and married his loving wife of 61 years in Trieste, Italy. John worked for the City Of Worcester Street Department for 40 years before he retired. He was a life member of Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel-St Ann Church. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.John's family would like to thank the entire staff of the Holy Trinity Nursing Home for their kindness, compassion and care given to John during his stay there John's funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM in Our Lady Of Mt Carmel- St Ann Church 24 Mulberry St. There are no calling hours.
