Nancy M. (Caffone) DePaoli of Worcester passed away April 12th 2009, Easter Sunday in Worcester. Nancy's husband Joseph P. DePaoli passed away in 1966. She is survived by her son, Joseph DePaoli and his wife Pamela of Spencer; A daughter Jane Kadis and her husband Robert of Worcester; Five grandchildren, Lisa Normandin and Lori Keenan both of Leicester, Joseph DePaoli and his wife Amy of Boston, Jennifer Kadis and her partner Catherine of Paxton, Michael Kadis and his wife Stephanie of Holden, Two step-grandchildren, Michelle Woodward and her husband Thomas of North Brookfield, David Magner and his wife Brenda of Colorado. Six great-granchildren, Patrick, Kelly, Tyler, Zachary, Anderson and Ava; Her 2 loving and devoted sisters with whom she lived, Rita Stevenson and Helen Caffone; A brother, Samuel Caffone of Worcester; cousins, nieces and nephews. Nancy was pre-deceased in death by her 3 brothers, Natale, Dominic, and Frank Caffone. She attended Worcester Public Schools, worked for many years at the former Belmont Home, retiring in the 1970's. Nancy loved going to Horse Races, Shopping, and spending time with her family. She was a true lady, and always looked beautiful. Nancy was a very kind and generous person, and will be greatly missed. Her family would like to thank Dr Shukla for all her kind and compassionate care she showed Nancy. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, and St. Charles Borromeo Church in Worcester. Nancy's funeral will be held Wednesday April 15th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a mass at 11:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church, 24 Mulberry St. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday April 15th at the funeral home prior to the funeral.
