Theresa A O'Neill

Theresa A. (Lalone) O'Neill, 75 of Worcester, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2008 in UMass Memorial Health Care. Her Husband James F. O'Neill passed away in January of 1989. She leaves her two sons, Michael O'Neill and his wife Beth of Webster and Ted O'Neill and his wife Janice of West Brookfield; three brothers, Robert Lalone of Rutland, Walter Lalone of Worcester and Don Lalone of Maine; three sisters, Lorraine of PA, Janet Sefakis of Worcester and Deann Provost of Los Vegas, NV; a daughter In-law, Carol O'Neill; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A son, Mark O'Neill predeceased her on December 8, 1998. Born on December 22, 1932 in Worcester, was the daughter of Alfred T. and Albanie (Marchand) Lalone. She was a graduate of Fanning Trade High School. Theresa was a software technician for over twelve years at Digital Equipment. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed playing poker. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends. In accordance with Theresa's wishes, she was cremated and a Memorial Mass will be held Friday, April 3rd at 10:00 AM at St. George Church, 38 Brattle St., Worcester. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Meals on Wheels Association of America, Development Department, 203 S. Union Street, Alexandria, Va 22314.
