Rosemarie (Magro) Buduo, 75, of Boston Avenue in Worcester, passed away Monday, April 7, 2008, in Shrewsbury Nursing Home. She leaves her loving husband of fifty-one years, Daniel A. Buduo. Rose is also survived by her son, Joseph A. Buduo of Worcester; a granddaughter, Alexandra Rose Buduo; two brothers, Paul Magro of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Anthony Magro of Worcester; a sister, Mary Joyce of Worcester; many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by four sisters, Frances Bellerive, Anne Verdolino, Pauline Pellegrino, and Josephine Giaquinto. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Sabastiano and Josephina (Curcino) Magro, and has lived in Worcester all her life. Rose and her husband were very active in Jack Barry Little League for many years, while he coached she was the director of many minstrel shows and other fund raising efforts. She was a member of Saint Margaret Mary Church. The funeral for Rose will be held Thursday, April 10, from MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, with a Mass at 9 a.m. in Saint Margaret Mary Church, 75 Alvarado Avenue, Worcester. Interment will follow in Saint John's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, April 9, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
