Lucille C. (Vincequere) Robichaud, 88, of Worcester, passed away peacefully, Friday January 18th 2008, in the Autumn Village long term care center. Lucille's husband of 35 years, Adelard A. Robichaud passed away in November 1984. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra E. Robichaud with whom she lived, and Viola "Anne" Supernor of Worcester; A brother, Lawrence Vincequere; and a sister, Josephine Drenzek both of Worcester; five grandchildren, Ellen Roberts, Eugene Supernor, Lisa Trudell, Lori Bissonnette and Anne Marie Steinman; 12 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; her son, Stephen Robichaud, a sister, Mary DeFusco and two brothers, Thomas and Anthony Vincequere all pre deceased her. Lucille was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Antonio and Elisabeth (Quintalva) Vincequere. She graduated from North High and has lived in Worcester all her life. Lucille worked for Capital Footwear more than 17 years before retiring in 1985. She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, and the Sigma Nu Gamma Society over 40 years. She enjoyed Baking, cooking, and the company of family and friends especially her cats Fairway and Putter. The funeral will be held Wednesday, January 23rd, from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 35 Fales St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 22nd in the funeral home.
