Jane M. (Piasecki) Zack, 85, formerly of Suffield Street, Worcester, passed way Saturday, April 19, 2008 in Radius Health Care Center of Worcester after a brief illness. Her husband Alfred F. Zack died in 1968. She is survived by her four sons, Michael Zack and his wife Andrea of Layton, Utah, Paul Zack and his wife Kathleen of Oakham, Robert Zack of Rochdale and Joseph Zack of Worcester; a brother Edward Piasecki of Worcester; four grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by three brothers, Joseph, John and Charles Piasecki. Jane was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Franciszek and Ludwika (Kuzma) Piasecki, and has lived here all her life. She graduated from Worcester Girls Trade. Jane was a public school employee for the Worcester school system. She was a life-long, devoted member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, where she was involved in many church events, including the church festival. She enjoyed BINGO and traveling. Jane's funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 23rd at 10:30 A.M. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street, Worcester (please proceed directly to church). Interment will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M., Tuesday, April 22nd in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester.
