Elizabeth A. (Bickford) Pyrcz, 69, of Kalmar St. in Worcester, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2008 in Autumn Village Long Term Care, with her family at her side. Her husband of thirty-nine years, Stephen J. Pyrcz, pre-deceased her in 1996. Elizabeth leaves three daughters, Audrey Westling and her husband Charles K. Westling, Jr., with whom she lived, Susan A. Canto and her husband Charles of Everett, and Maureen L. Lamarre and her husband Brian of Dracut; two sons, Stephen M. "Butch" Pyrcz and his wife Sheila (Callahan) of Medford, and Alan J. Pyrcz and his wife Brandy (Mauk) in Pennsylvania; eleven grandchildren, including Meghan Tennant of Worcester who was her primary care giver for the past several years; eight great grandchildren, including the "light of her life" Adian Tennant. Elizabeth was born in Lowell, the daughter of Frederick and Marie A. (Vaillancourt) Bickford, and lived there before moving to Worcester several years ago. Mrs. Pyrcz worked as a guard for the Lowell Police Department for many years, before she retired in 2002. While living in Lowell she was a member of Saint Peter's Church.
