Doris F. (Marcotte) Daigneault, 81, formerly of 346 Bridle Path passed away peacefully, Monday, February 25th 2008 in the Milford Hospital. Doris's husband of 53 years, Paul E. Daigneault, Sr. passed away In May of 1999. She is survived by her devoted children, Paul E. Daigneault, Jr and his wife Karen of Grafton, Susan A. Kupfer and her husband Charles of Millbury, Kathryn R. McIntosh and her husband Kirk of Kernersville N.C.; Robert J. Daigneault and his companion Jacqueline Livingstone, Steven P. Daigneault and his wife Donna all of Auburn, and Jo-Ann D. Iannotti of Webster; ten grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a good friend Pamela Sheeran of Auburn; many nieces and nephews. A brother, Joseph A. Marcotte and a sister, Irene I. Therrien both predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Lucius and Beatrice B. (Leclair) Marcotte and has lived here all her life. Doris was a devoted homemaker, mother, grandmother and friend; her greatest moments were those she spent taking care of her family and sharing those special moments with them. Doris funeral will be held Friday, February 29, from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 189 Oxford St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family, Thursday, February 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
