Ann (Bisceglia) Rana, 88, of Worcester, passed away Saturday, January 26th in the Autumn Village Long term care center. Ann is survived by her husband and partner of 42 years, John J. Rana; a brother, Maurice Bisceglia and his wife Pat, three sisters, Mary Charamella and her husband Francis, Louise Desto, and Marion Tricomi; many nieces and nephews including Theresa Manna; Two brothers, Sylvester and George Bisceglia, and a sister, Angelina Esposito pre deceased her. Ann was born in Worcester her parents were the late Nicholas and Mary (DeSalvio) Bisceglia. She has lived here all her life. Ann worked as a sales clerk for the former Denholm McKay before retiring in 1974. She loved to walk; she and her husband were often spotted walking at Lake Park and on Shrewsbury St. She loved to Dance and candlepin bowl. Ann's funeral will be held Tuesday, January 29th at 11:15 a.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Friend's ad relatives are invited to visit with the family, Monday, January 28th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contri9butions may be made to the Autumn Village patient activity fund, 25 Oriol Dr. Worcester, MA.
