Angela Jean Saucier, 41, of Worcester, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 2, 2024, after a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer. Throughout her illness, Angela face each day with strength, resilience, and grace, inspiring all who knew her. Born in Worcester, she was the beloved daughter of Aurelia "Abby" Baldino and Norman T. Saucier Jr.
Angela dedicated her life to humanitarian work, caring deeply for people with mental illness. She was an avid reader with a thirst for knowledge, a gifted gardener with a magical green thumb, and a talented cook who took pride in her grilling skills. Known for her eloquence and debate skills, Angela's presence made others feel valued and cherished.
She leaves behind her “brothers”, Anthony Merola, and Shawn Powers, and her “sisters”, Jennifer Neale, and Siobhan Blaylock. Angela will be remembered for her genuine authenticity and the boundless love she shared with those around her.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 4 PM to 7 PM in Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
