Bobby Brown

Bobby Brown, 65, of Worcester, MA passed away at home on October 26, 2022. Born in Statesboro, GA, he was the son of Fred and Christine (Williams) Brown. He leaves behind a son, Daron Brown, and a stepdaughter, Ebonie Torres; his former wife, Kim Brown; two granddaughters, Kelanye Talise & Kyra Tahnae Delgado-Brown of Worcester; five grandsons, Malaki Monte Brown, Hezaki Montrell Brown, and Kaiden Tyshawn Delgado-Brown of Worcester, Elijah Amir Jeffries and Isaiah Ahmad Jeffries of Fitchburg; several nieces and nephews. Bobby was one of thirteen children and leaves behind five siblings: Allene Dock (John – dec.) of Tampa, FL, James Brown (Olga – dec.) of Ashville, NC, Merlene Brown of Jacksonville, FL, Corrine Brown of Brockton, and Donald Brown of Dorchester. He was predeceased by siblings Frederick Brown, Gary Brown, William Brown, Vickie Brown, Orlando Brown, and Buena Brown, all of Statesboro, GA, and Willie Fred Brown of Cambridge.

Bobby proudly served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves for ten years. He was a Christian man who enjoyed volunteering at the VA. Bobby loved nature and all animals and was particularly fascinated by fish and decorating his aquarium. He also loved watching old cartoons and sitcoms. What Bobby loved most was looking good. He always wore nice jewelry, worked out and took pride in always looking dapper.

A calling hour will be held Friday, November 4 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. Following the calling hour, a committal service with military honors will be held at 1:00 PM at the MA Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen St., Winchendon.
