Brian P. McDonagh, 61 a longtime Worcester resident passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021, with loved ones gathered at his side after a period of declining health.

Brian was born and raised in Worcester, one of five children of Patrick J. McDonagh and the late, Elaine T. Brian was an enthusiastic NASCAR fan, following it religiously and at onetime he even served as a pit crew member for local racing teams.  He also loved the outdoors, notably fishing, hiking, and enjoying nature.   Brian cherished the times he could spend with his brothers, sisters, and family.  Being with and around them were the special moments everyone will remember.   He also enjoyed the summers and frequent visits to Old Orchard Beach to be with Patrice and other family members, as well as trips to North Carolina to visit his dad and Julie.

McDonagh and his wife Cynthia of Westborough, Marybeth Fenuccio and her husband Raymond “Butch” of Worcester, Michael J. McDonagh and his wife Janet of Sandwich, Patrice A.
