Brian is survived by his beloved family his mother RoseMarie (Sklarz) Coulard of Oxford; his sister and best friend, Cynthia Welter, her husband Jack Silverstein and his nephew David James “DJ” Silverstein of whom he was so proud and dedicated, all of Franklin; a stepdaughter, Victoria Arabian and her daughter Ella of Longmont, Colorado. His stepfather James Coulard of Oxford predeceased him in 1991.
Brian was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. Brian was an enthusiastic ancient military and battlefield history buff. His entertainment employment allowed him to travel the world and explore and enjoy the local history. When he returned home from tour he enjoyed playing slow pitch softball and basketball. Brian had a huge heart, bright smile, and a kind way about him. He was well respected and liked by those he worked with at the Worcester courthouse and will be sorely missed.
