Carole A Capalbo

Carole Ann Capalbo 83 of Shrewsbury died peacefully on Thursday November 25, 29021at home with her family by her side.  Born in Worcester, Ma, Carole was the daughter of the late Avidus and Eva (Lombardi) Shooshan, and attended Commerce High School. Carole was a faithful member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Worcester, Ma, and St. Anne’s Church of Shrewsbury, Ma. . Carole and her husband Robert were married in 1987 and have lived in Shrewsbury for the last 25 years.

Carole is survived by her beloved husband Robert, five daughters, Rhonda Kupstas, Laura Capalbo, Jodi Gougouras, Eva Flaminio and her husband John, and Denise Incutto and her husband Jack, 14 Grand Children and 18 Great Grand Children.  Carole was predeceased by her son John in 2000, and her brother Michael Shooshan in 2015. 

Carole’s devotion to her family, her passion for football, and of course her favorite Quarterback Tom Brady will be fondly remembered and will be a lasting legacy for her family and friends that will miss her dearly. 

Carole’s funeral services will be held on Thursday December 2, 2021 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. Worcester, Ma 01605.  Calling hours will be from 9-11am with a procession to St. Anne’s Church Shrewsbury for an 11:30 Mass.  Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery Worcester.
