Cecelia I Williamson

Cecelia I. “Angel” Williamson, 58, of Worcester, passed away in the comfort of her daughter’s home on Thursday, January 13, 2022.

Angel is survived by her daughter, Paulette Cecelia Williams of Worcester; her son, Andre Jamar Williams of Worcester; two brothers, Jimmy Williamson and Daufus Williamson, both of Greensboro, NC; two sisters, Judy Graves Brown of Summit, NC and Linda Mitchell of Tolleson, AZ; ten grandchildren, Infiniti Williams, Imani Williams, Shidair Williams, Skye Williams, Sir Andre Williams, Tahjnique Williams, Samiia Baiden, Sanaj Williams, and twins, Solarius Andre and Starius Andre Williams; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.  She was predeceased by a sister, Tina.  She was born in Greensboro, North Carolina, daughter of the late, O.C. Reid and Iris (Russell) Williamson.

Angel was a private caregiver for many people including family and friends.  She was always there to lend a hand to anyone in need.  She loved music, dancing, great food, shopping, and being surrounded by her grandchildren.

Calling Hours will be on Friday, January 21, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
