Contrenia L Sampson

April 20, 1962 — June 21, 2021

Contrenia L. Sampson 59 of Worcester died Monday June 21, 2021 at UMass Hospital.  Born in Gainsville Fl, Contrenia was the daughter of the late Vertil Givins.  A longtime resident of Worcester, Contrenia was a graduate of North High School and worked for the Seven Hills Foundation for over 20 years in various roles and most recently as an Assistant Director. 

Contrenia will be forever remembered for her unique personality and will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.  She has left her one son Francis, one daughter Sharon Humphrey, two brothers Michael and John Brown and one sister Veronica Givins.  Contrenia was predeceased by one daughter Nakeshia Givins who died in 1997.

Funeral services for Contrenia will be held on Thursday July 1, 2021 from the MERCDANTE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. Worcester, Ma 01605.  Calling hours will be from 11am to 1pm with a memorial prayer service to begin at 1pm.
