David F. Bourdeau, 62 of Worcester, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Worcester.
David was on born September 5, 1956 in Worcester, the son of the late Aurele J. Bourdeau. David was a graduate of North High School and has lived in Worcester all his life. He owned and operated David F. Bourdeau Garage Door & Openers in Worcester.
He is survived by his two children, Joshua D. Bourdeau and his partner Rosalie Rambarran of Worcester and Danielle M. Bourdeau of Worcester; his mother, Ruth V. (DeCaro) Bourdeau of Millbury; two brothers, Mark S. Bourdeau and his partner Germaine Fernandes of Auburn and Paul J. Bourdeau and his wife Patricia of Webster; two sisters, Susan A. Auger and her husband Frank of Rhode Island and Mary J. Sprino and her husband Michael of Millbury; his eight adored grandchildren, Nathaniel Griffin, Michaela Griffin, Hunter Gordon, Anthony Bourdeau, Adam Bourdeau, Matthew Gordon, Alexander Bourdeau and Austyn Bourdeau. Who he had a very special bond with. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his beloved dog Bella.
David was a diehard New England Patriots Fan and avid Boston Red Sox fan. He also enjoyed, pool, golf, darts, bowling, but it was his family that brought him the most joy. He never missed an opportunity to be with his, children, and grandchildren.
Family and Friends are invited to gather for calling hours at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 24, 2018. His funeral Mass will be held from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian burial starting at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angel’s Church, 1222 Main Street, Worcester on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Burial will follow to Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
