Deborah M. Reddoch

May 10, 1961 — January 21, 2022

Deborah M. Reddoch, 60, of Worcester, MA passed away January 21, 2022. She was the beloved mother of James Reddoch of Worcester, Chelsea Reddoch of Somerville, Kirsten Reddoch of Marlborough, and Samuel Reddoch and his wife Kelli of Worcester.  Deborah’s loving partner, Donnie Speight, of Worcester, also survives.  She leaves behind three siblings:  Michael Mahan and wife Kathy of Mesa, AZ, Lauren Goddard of Northborough, and Thomas Mahan and his wife Nancy of Shrewsbury. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews and a host of long-time friends. Her parents, Edward Mahan and Joanne (Levy) predeceased her.

Deborah grew up in Framingham, MA and was a graduate of Marian High School in 1979. She went on to earn her Associate’s Degree in Social Work from Becker College in 1981. More than anything else in life, she loved helping people. Throughout her life she worked various customer service positions, her favorite positions being her many years at Spag’s as a cashier, and her time as a bank teller at several banks in the Worcester area . While later working at Southgate Nursing Home in Shrewsbury, she realized she had a passion for healthcare, and returned to school to get her CNA. Most recently she had been employed as a Residential Counselor helping vulnerable populations in the Worcester area.

Deborah loved to spend time at the beach with her family and loved ones, especially to collect sea glass and heart shaped rocks. She adored her beloved cat, Alfred, and doted on him daily. She enjoyed bird watching in her backyard, as well as caring for her large collection of plants both indoor and outdoor. She loved reading, especially the newspaper, and tackling a good crossword puzzle. She was a friend to all and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her, especially her four children who were the light of her life and who she deeply cherished.
