Dolores Colonna

Dolores (Godino) Colonna, 84, of Worcester, passed away, in the comfort of her home on Friday, October 15, 2021, with loving family at her bedside.

Dolores is survived by her devoted husband of sixty-five years, Maurice J. “Moe” Colonna; a daughter, Joi Colonna of Worcester; a sister, Constance “Connie” Broquist of Shrewsbury; nieces and nephews.  Dolores and Moe suffered a pain that no parent should experience when their son Maurice J. Colonna, II, passed way in May 1987.  She was also predeceased by a sister, Rose Marie Godino and by Joi’s life partner, Brandon Leonard.  Dolores was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Anthony and Rose (Pardini) Godino, and has lived here all her life.

Dolores worked as office manager and treasurer for her husband Moe, with their family business Colonna Building and Remodeling.  She also maintained a loving home with beautiful flower gardens and the comforts of home cooked meals.  She was a member of the former Saint Margaret Mary Church and had been attending Saint Anne’s Church in Shrewsbury.

A Funeral Services for Dolores are being held privately.
