Dominic Quagliozzi, 67, passed away at home on July 12, 2020. He was born January 21, 1953 in Roccasecca, Frosinone, Italy. He emigrated to the United States in 1966. He leaves his children, Tina Mancini, wife of Donald Mancini in Holden; Julie Mintiens, wife of Jeffrey Mintiens in Towson, Maryland; Dominic Quagliozzi, Jr. and his wife Debra in Burbank California. He also leaves 8 grandchildren- Angelina, Domenic, Isabella, Vincent, Alivia, Natalie, David, and Thaelo.
His parents predeceased him, Donata (Fraioli) and Antonio Quagliozzi of Italy. He leaves his siblings, Andrea Quagliozzi and Maria Quagliozzi, his nieces and nephew and their children also of Italy. As well as several cousins living in Italy and Massachusetts.
He retired from Norton Company/St. Gobain after many years of service. He was also a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles at the Brown Square Civic Club. He enjoyed being with friends and playing cards and traveling to Italy to visit family.
A Gathering of Remembrance will be held on Sunday July 19, 2020 at 12:30pm at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a Memorial Service beginning at 1pm. After cremation, he will be laid to rest in his birthplace of Roccasecca, Italy with his beloved parents.
