Edna M. Bucciaglia

Edna M. (Conway) Bucciaglia, 89, of Webster, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. Her loving husband, Samuel Bucciaglia, Sr., predeceased her in 2002; she was also predeceased by their daughter, Diane Bucciaglia in 1973.

Edna is survived by her loving family, including four sons, Samuel Bucciaglia, Jr., Michael A. Bucciaglia, Joseph Bucciaglia and his wife Donna, and John Bucciaglia and his wife Carrie; three daughters, Barbara Bucciaglia and her fiancé Ronald Haddad, Rosemarie Dodd, and Tina Holmes and her husband John; nine grandchildren, David Coll and his wife Dominica, Amanda Bucciaglia, Patrick Coll, Joseph Bucciaglia and his wife Rebecca, Thomas Dodd and his wife Karli, Brittaney Bucciaglia, Jacob Bucciaglia, Ava Bucciaglia, and Daniel Duguay and his fiancé Julianne; eleven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her four sisters, Edith Lindhall, MaryLou Berthiaume, Gertrude Bongovio, and Cora Olszewski; and by a granddaughter, Amanda Duguay last year. Edna was born in West Brookfield, daughter of the late, Bernard and Florence (Moulton) Conway.

Edna worked for many years as a telemarketer with Fallon Health Care, previously working for Luxtec Corporation and Allmerica Financial. She loved being with her family as well as playing BINGO, completing and framing puzzles, and computer games. She enjoyed walking, dancing, knitting, and baking.

Calling Hours will be on Friday, January 10, from 4 pm until 7 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral Service will be on Saturday morning at 10 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Saint John’s Cemetery.
