Jeannette M. Trudeau

Jeannette M. (Guilbeault) Trudeau, 95, of Worcester, died peacefully in her sleep on Friday, December 13, 2019.  Her husband of 44 years, Joseph A. Trudeau, passed away in 1986.

Jeannette was born on December 15, 1923, in Worcester, Massachusetts, and was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Guilbeault, and her mother, Amelia (St. Michell) Guilbeault.

She is survived by her daughter, Jean Wamback of Worcester; four grandchildren, Stephen, Michelle, John, and Matthew; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother, Edmond Guilbeault.

Jeannette worked from home, making custom draperies for over 25 years.   She also was a dance instructor who taught line and round dancing for many of the Worcester and Auburn Senior Centers. 

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 20, 2019, at 11am in Holy Family Parish at Saint Joseph Church, 41 Hamilton St., Worcester, MA.  Relatives and friends are invited to Calling Hours from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the church prior to the Funeral Mass.   There are no calling hours in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, Worcester.
