Joseph S. Pauk, 67, of Oxford, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, in the comfort of his home. He was predeceased by the love of his life, Tracy (Quist) Pauk in July 2010.
Joe is survived by their daughter, Brittany Pauk Martins; a grandson, Silviano Pauk Martins, a sister, Rosemary Leone and her husband Hank; a nephew, Angelo Leone, Jr. and his wife Stephanie; two brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law, Richard, Paul, and Sonja Quist. He was predeceased by his brother, Harold Michael Pauk. He was born in Worcester, son of the late, Harold and Irene (Sullivan) Pauk.
Joe was a graduate of Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury.
Joe worked in the oil business for most of his life, having owned Worcester Tank & Equipment, later owning BWG Specialized Products. He was currently Employed at Trask Petroleum Company.
Joe was the life of the party. He loved to golf with his friends in the Worcester Police Golf League. He was an avid Bowler. He loved to be with his family and found his daughter and grandson to be the lights of his life. He enjoyed going to Red Sox games with his daughter and friends. He spent much of his time Camping with family and friends in Maine. He and Tracy took many cruises and enjoyed the beaches of Wells and Myrtle Beach.
Calling Hours will be on Monday, November 27, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. His Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, November 28, at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln Street, Worcester. Interment will follow at Saint John’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Jack Barry Little League.
